Position overview

Responsible for developing and implementing strategic concepts and initiatives to ensure attainment of all After Sales objectives.  Develop and administer continuous improvement process with the goal of increasing efficiency and optimizing effectiveness across business processes from/to Porsche AG & Porsche Cars North America.  Perform due diligence and project evaluation, and optimization of After Sales strategy performance and operational analysis.

 

Roles & responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and execution of multiple projects
  • Participate in the gathering requirements from business partners for the development of data analytic tools and reports
  • Develops details system specifications
  • Executes change requests
  • Create and distribute communications that update the PCNA dealer body
  • Provide live phone support to PCNA dealers in the event that troubles or questions arise

QualificationsQualifications

Qualifications:

  • At minimum a Junior or Senior in undergraduate studies

 

Skills:

  • Work with product team to understand the business requirements translate them to technical design and requirements and build scalable and sustainable enterprise reporting solutions
  • Assist in the demonstration through proof of concepts and present them to stakeholders..
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with multiple groups on multiple levels
  • Demonstrated ability to participate in teams
  • Understanding of data warehousing fundamentals
  • Strong understanding of SQL Server
  • Must be organized, positive, proactive, results-oriented, with excellent oral and written communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
  • Understands and incorporates project methodology
  • Experience working with large scale data to build the reporting solutions
  • Working knowledge of optimizing and performance tuning the SQL and reports
  • Knowledge of relational/dimensional database design and experience in building reporting data marts
  • Critical thinking with strong analytical and problem-solving skills required

 

Physical requirements

  • Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
  • While performing the duties of this job the employee is required to talk, hear, walk, sit, stand, climb stairs on occasion with prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to effectively work and complete tasks in an open office/noisy environment.
