This position will be responsible for assisting the Executive Vice President & COO in the development of strategic and cross functional briefings, presentations and meeting summaries for the Operations department.  The role will collaborate with various PCNA departments such as sales, marketing, finance and business development in order to foster efficient and effective workgroups and outcomes to drive overall company performance. 

 

Roles & responsibilities

  • Supporting in the reporting and contribution of key PCNA cross-functional projects and initiatives such as Project ONE.neo, Luxury at Porsche, and overall retail digitalization initiatives.
  • Organize content and enable cross-departmental information exchange for management meeting and task forces
  • Assist Executive Vice President & COO in the tracking of outstanding tasks and follow-up with stakeholders where possible
  • Prepare and coordinate Executive Vice President & COO content and presentations for various meetings
  • Assist Executive Operations Support Manager where possible in the overall operation of the Operations department

QualificationsQualifications

Qualifications

  • Business, Entrepreneurship or related field of study pursuing a Bachelor level education (at least in 3rd year) required
  • Must meet 6 months commitment to Internship Program
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Strong strategic and analytical skills needed
  • Knowledge of automobile industry preferred
  • Advanced experience with standard MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Strong English language skills

 

Physical requirements

  • Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
  • While performing the duties of this job the employee is required to talk, hear, walk, sit, stand, climb stairs on occasion with prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to effectively work and complete tasks in an open office/noisy environment
