Procurement & Tax Specialist

• Establishing and enforcing appropriate procurement methods
• Optimizing performance by providing operational procurement support to the organization
• Supporting special projects / controls and business departments in providing best in class services•Preparing and conducting monthly, quarterly and annual Porsche group reportings in the area of Tax
• Ensuring compliance in practice of tax reporting with external as well as internal regulations
• Managing supplier selection process: Review scopes, send quotation and information requests, examine and negotiate quotations, conduct business partner checks and risk assessments, coordinate final supplier selection.

• Master's degree in the field of Business Administration / Logistics / Management / Controlling/Tax
• At least 3 years of experience on simillar job position
• Fluency in both English and Polish languages
• Good knowledge of Automotive Value Streams and Distribution Models
• Various practical procurement, sales or controlling experience
• Deep understanding of Reporting System fundamentals
• Proficient knowledge od MS Excel
• Optional: experience with SAP MM and SAP FI/CO
