Position Objective:

This position is primarily responsible for assisting the Accounting Department with various duties, such as monthly/quarterly reconciliations.  This position will work closely with Accounts Payable auditing expense reports, check run preparation and other special projects assigned by the Director of Accounting and Finance.

 

Primary Responsibilities

  • Assist with completing reconciliation for all business entities under the Porsche Enterprise umbrella
  • Assist with auditing employee expense reports via Concur
  • Assist as back-up support as a Concur Administrator
  • Execute monthly exception reports
  • Prepare quarterly service fee distribution
  • Assist with processing vendor invoices and check distribution
  • Assist with preparing quarterly and year end financials
  • Assist with processing vendor invoices in Zycus for Porsche Design of America
  • Process and prepare daily  MSO(wholesale) titles for dealers
  • Other assigned duties and task assigned by the A/P Manager, Accounting Manager, Senior Accountants and the Director of Finance

QualificationsQualifications

Qualifications:

  • Applicants must have completed at least two years of their Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance.
  • Successfully completed at least two (2) Accounting courses.

 

Required Skills:

  • Strong communication skills
  • SAP experience is a plus
  • MS Office Skills especially with Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong organization skills
  • Detail oriented

 

Physical requirements

  • Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
  • While performing the duties of this job the employee is required to talk, hear, walk, sit, stand, climb stairs on occasion with prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to effectively work and complete tasks in an open office/noisy environment
