In the role as the Treasury Senior Analyst / Treasury Operations Specialist at PIF, you will be responsible for managing and developing the daily In-House Banking processes, daily cash dispositions and supporting in cash management processes for the Porsche AG Group across multiple currencies.

Reporting to the Treasury Manager, the specific areas of responsibility may include, but are not restricted to the following:

  • Manage daily In House Bank processes including all end of day processing within the In-House Banking module.
  • Daily disposition of cash across multiple currencies.
  • Supporting in cash management processes for all currencies, ensuring available liquidity across cash pools for all participants.
  • Preparing deal orders for short term investments and managing intercompany financing requests.
  • Developing best practice and documenting core In House Banking and cash management processes.
  • Supporting projects within the treasury area.
  • Preparation of operational reporting for management and reports for the board of directors.
  • Support in the delivery of Porsche Strategy 2030 objectives

What are we looking for?

  • The ideal candidate will be degree educated with over 3-5 years of relevant professional experience in a corporate Treasury or banking cash management environment. Knowledge of Treasury and financial products essential.
  • The successful candidate will have previous experience of working with Treasury management systems and be familiar with In House Banking and cash pool model concepts.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • A high sense of responsibility and integrity, an independent approach to work and great commitment.
  • Close attention to detail and an ability to work to a high level of accuracy.
  • Well organised and able to work to tight deadlines.
  • An ability to work in a process driven environment.
  • An inquisitive mind, searching for solutions and new approaches to tasks.
  • MS Excel, PowerPoint skills required, SAP / HANA knowledge a nice to have.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English; German as a second language would be a useful attribute but not essential.
  • An international outlook with a Group Treasury mindset
