TasksTasks

Porsche Driving Center Operation:

  • Ensure that the PDC Operational team (internal and agency/vendor staff) is trained to follow Standard Operating Procedures and Porsche Standards. Pro-actively identify training opportunities and share expertise
  • Manage relevant PDC suppliers and agencies strategically to ensure that Porsche operation and procurement guidelines are followed
  • Create customer pricing structure, packages and concepts, including detailed competitor evaluation to ensure competitiveness of content and pricing
  • Establish, manage and foster strategic brand partnerships/sponsorships in alignment with PTW partnership strategy
  • Analyze problematic situations and occurrences and provide solutions to ensure PDC success and growth
  • Establish, implement and further develop the PDC program portfolio in line with customer & subsidiaries needs
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation for each event, including customer data storage, link to Porsche CRM system, car fleet management, etc.
  • Coordinate track maintenance and constant operational readiness with Track landlord

 

Domestic Travel Experience Coordination:

  • Work with agency and Marketing Team to ensure world-class travel experience are produced including program design, digital content, marketing campaign assets and offers, social media communications and customer engagement
  • Coordinate with Porsche dealers and other subsidiaries to arrange customer sign up and onsite assistance

 

Global Travel Experience Coordination:

  • Arrange customer travels and freights logistic processes
  • Serve as contact for booking flights, hotels, transfers, vehicle arrangements for foreign driving experience trips

 

Community Event Management:

  • Maintain relationships with Porsche Taiwan’s community members.
  • Held regular events for community members.

QualificationsQualifications

Basic Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Marketing/Customer Relationship Management/Driving Event Management or related field
  • 3 years of prior Direct to Consumer and Business to Business marketing experience
  • Rich experience in event planning and driving activities
  • English & Mandarin proficiency 
  • Microsoft Office proficiency

 

Preferred Qualification:

  • Strong analytical, critical thinking skills, a proactive attitude, good time management and interpersonal skills
  • Advanced communication skills with international & multicultural experience
  • Ability to work under pressure, collaborate well in a team with an open / growth mindset
  • Negotiation, presentation, and problem-solving skill
  • Knowledge of Porsche Brand, Product and System will be an asset
