TasksTasks

  • Develop and continuously update retail training programs to enhance the skills and retail experience of Porsche dealership and importer employees.
  • Create training plans based on KPIs and performance results from the Retail Excellence Unit, addressing mystery shopping scores and alignment gaps identified by Porsche People Excellence (PBE) and PCEE luxury and customer service standards.
  • Coordinate and deliver training sessions, managing logistics, scheduling, and participant communication, while actively promoting training offerings to internal teams and markets.
  • Provide onsite coaching and consulting at retail locations to help staff implement learned skills effectively, ensuring learning objectives are met and conducting follow-up support.
  • Establish individual dealer qualification plans in agreement with importers to meet Porsche dealer standards, and develop detailed qualification and certification programs in collaboration with the Retail Performance Specialist.
  • Participate in existing PCEE training programs to thoroughly understand their content and achieve certification through Porsche's internal training programs (PTQCP and PTQGP).
  • Implement quality control mechanisms to monitor the success of training and coaching initiatives, maximize Regional Training Center (RTC) capacities, manage cost calculations for training programs, and ensure sufficient training offerings for each market.
  • Build relationships with stakeholders across different cultures, collaborating with PCEE management, importers, dealers, and internal departments to align training initiatives with business development goals, retail excellence standards, and luxury customer service expectations.

QualificationsQualifications

  • Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Education, or a related field.Certification in training, instructional design, or equivalent credentials.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in developing and delivering retail-focused training programs, preferably in the automotive or luxury retail sectors.
  • Proven track record of improving retail operations and customer satisfaction through effective training initiatives.
  • Proficiency in English (verbal and written); knowledge of an Eastern European language is a plus.
  • Experience with Volkswagen Group retail or training is advantageous.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and familiar with data analytics tools.
  • Strong analytical skills to develop training plans based on KPIs and performance results.
  • Exceptional communication and motivational skills, with the ability to influence retail staff to adopt new practices.
  • Ability to build relationships with stakeholders across different cultures and work collaboratively.
  • High levels of integrity, compliance, and reliability.
  • Willingness to travel within the Central and Eastern Europe region.
  • Passion for the automotive industry and understanding of luxury brand standards.
