Intern - Customer Experience

• Support in creating presentations, project plans, and documentation within various projects.
• Assist in developing innovative concepts and implementing sophisticated solutions.
• Support the team with ongoing projects related to customer experience enhancement.
• Assist in market research and business development activities within the customer experience domain.
• Join a highly motivated, young, and growing team, contributing your expertise to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

Education:

• Recent graduate or currently attaining Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or equivalent education.

Experience:

• Proficient computer skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with strong emphasis on Excel.
• Previous internship/work experience in consulting or CRM is preferred.
• Proactivity and ability to work independently, with strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
• Fluency in English (German language skills are a plus).
• US Citizen/Green Card/EAD required.

Physical requirements:

• This job operates in an office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, cameras, photocopiers, and filing cabinets.
• Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
• While performing the duties of this job the employee is required to talk, hear, walk, sit, stand, climb stairs on occasion with prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to effectively work and complete tasks in an open office/noisy environment.
• Must be able to sit for prolonged periods of time while traveling in a car or airplane.
