• Project Leadership: Lead and manage consulting projects, ensuring successful project execution, client satisfaction, and high-quality outcomes.
• Research & Analysis: Conduct comprehensive research on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices. Analyze data to develop insights and support client engagements.
• Client Engagement: Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their challenges and objectives. Develop and deliver tailored solutions that provide value and exceed client expectations.
• Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of consulting projects. Ensure tasks are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Sales Support: Assist in business development activities by generating leads, supporting throughout the sales lifecycle, and contributing to proposals and presentations to secure new projects and partnerships.
• Thought Leadership: Stay updated on industry developments and share insights through publications, presentations, and internal knowledge-sharing initiatives.
• Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior consultants, fostering their professional development and enhancing team capabilities.
• Collaboration: Promote a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning within the team and across the organization. Encourage knowledge sharing and cross-functional teamwork.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Master’s degree is a plus.

Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in management consulting or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex business challenges and develop innovative solutions.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas to diverse stakeholders.
• Proven ability to cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, with a focus on understanding client needs and delivering value.
• Strong project management skills, with experience in leading and managing consulting projects from inception to successful completion.
• Experience in generating leads and supporting business development activities.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• In-depth understanding of strategic planning, business process optimization, and organizational change management.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications: Agile certification and/or experience is preferred.
• Industry Exposure: Experience or internship in industries such as automotive, manufacturing, or aerospace is advantageous.

Percentage of required travel: up to 100%

Physical requirements:

• This job operates in an office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, cameras, photocopiers, and filing cabinets.
• Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
• While performing the duties of this job the employee is required to talk, hear, walk, sit, stand, climb stairs on occasion with prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to effectively work and complete tasks in an open office/noisy environment.
• Must be able to sit for prolonged periods of time while traveling in a car or airplane.
