  • Project Support: Assist in leading consulting projects by supporting senior consultants and project managers in various tasks, ensuring project success and client satisfaction.
  • Research & Analysis: Conduct in-depth research on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices. Analyze data to support client engagements and internal initiatives.
  • Client Engagement: Engage with clients to understand their challenges and objectives. Contribute to the development of tailored solutions that deliver value and meet client expectations.
  • Project Execution: Participate in the planning, execution, and delivery of consulting projects. Ensure tasks are completed on time and contribute to high-quality outcomes.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry developments and continuously enhance your knowledge and skills. Engage in internal and external training opportunities.
  • Collaboration: Work collaboratively within the team and across the organization. Promote a culture of knowledge sharing and teamwork.

AnforderungenAnforderungen

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Master’s degree is a plus.

 

Experience:

  • Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in management consulting or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex business challenges and support innovative solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex ideas effectively.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and support senior consultants.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Basic understanding of strategic planning, business process optimization, and organizational change management.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications: Agile certification and/or experience is preferred.
  • Industry Exposure: Experience or internship in industries such as automotive, manufacturing, or aerospace is advantageous.

 

Percentage of required travel: up to 100%

 

Physical requirements:

  • This job operates in an office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, cameras, photocopiers, and filing cabinets.
  • Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
  • While performing the duties of this job the employee is required to talk, hear, walk, sit, stand, climb stairs on occasion with prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to effectively work and complete tasks in an open office/noisy environment.
  • Must be able to sit for prolonged periods of time while traveling in a car or airplane.
