TasksTasks

  • The main task is to be responsible of accounts payable of the company.
  • Contribute to the global cash management strategy and support in all aspects of treasury operations activities.
  • Ensure accurate maintenance of bank account, balance and treasury system.
  • Manage the local bank accounts (including the on-line banking system), in compliance with the PAG Treasury directives and guidelines, and local banking regulations.
  • Support in the implementation of projects with PAG Treasury and Porsche International Finance
  • Control of the cash management and movement of funds within the PBR bank accounts and to PAG
  • Support and monitor the dealers credit limit process.
  • Responsible for the processes and prepare financial reports on all accounts payable and receivable.
  • Control the authorization process of payable accounts and the cost control against budget, providing variance analysis.
  • Manage the broker process (international payments)
  • Ensure efficient, timely and accurate payments.
  • Work closely with the controlling and accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting.

QualificationsQualifications

Education:

  • College degree in Business Administration, Economics, Business Management, Accounting or comparable formal qualification.

 

Experience (Job and Industry):

  • 1-3 years work experience in finance.
  • Strong analytical competency.
  • Self-starter with good interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills.
  • SAP system / FI.
  • Strong fluency with Excel formulas and functions

 

Skills:

  • Languages: fluency (oral/written) in English is required.
  • High level of written, oral communication/presentation with direct colleagues and management teams.
  • Ability to streamline functions and passion to learn and grow.
  • Highly organized – strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong financial modeling experience.
