Responsibilities
- Architect and Manage the Office 365 environment at L4 level, leveraging deep knowledge of Exchange servers and their roles.
- Lead Migration Projects to Exchange Online (EXO), developing and implementing migration strategies and plans.
- Design and Implement tagging, retention, and deletion policies, ensuring compliance with organizational standards.
- Create and Oversee archival policies for EXO online, optimizing data management and retrieval processes.
- Analyze and Optimize Mail Flow in Exchange/O365 hybrid environments, ensuring efficiency and reliability.
- Architect O365 Mail Filtering Solutions and hygiene protocols, managing Microsoft Exchange Edge server and Active Directory integration.
- Develop Understanding of available recipient types in O365, along with expertise in SSO with O365 and ADFS.
- Advise on Email Client Configuration, including Microsoft Outlook, MS Teams, and OWA, to enhance user experience.
- Implement and Recommend DLP policies and transport rules, continuously assessing and improving online archiving solutions.
- Design Email Protection Frameworks to mitigate risks from fraud and threats, ensuring secure email relay mechanisms.
- Manage Mailbox Legal Hold and Restore processes, ensuring compliance with legal requests and facilitating data retrieval as needed.
- Oversee Troubleshooting and configuration of anti-spam measures, SPF, DMARC, DKIM, and client connectivity.
- Serve as the Highest Escalation Point for support and troubleshooting, efficiently resolving complex issues and addressing relevant tickets.
- Analyze Customer Requirements to evaluate design and technology alternatives, proposing innovative solutions.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams and vendors to develop and implement scalable solutions that meet evolving business needs.
- Facilitate Technical Discussions with stakeholders, including customers and technical SMEs, to drive alignment and understanding.
- Architect and Manage Comprehensive Migration Plans, ensuring smooth transitions to cloud environments.
- Utilize Power BI to create insightful reporting dashboards for Azure and O365 objects, providing stakeholders with key metrics and insights.
QualificationsQualifications
Experience:
- 8+ Years of Experience in Exchange administration and architecture.
- Microsoft Messaging Administrator Associate (MS-203) certification.
- Expertise in Microsoft Azure, Office 365, and hybrid Exchange environments, including Proofpoint and Enow.
- Real-World Experience managing Exchange hybrid environments and implementing DLP, retention, and archival policies.
- Strong Skills in Developing and Maintaining Technical Documentation related to architecture and processes.
- Advanced Proficiency in Windows PowerShell Scripting for automation and reporting.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Microsoft Compliance Certifications.
- Senior Microsoft Azure Certification.
- Microsoft Enterprise Administrator Expert (MS-101) certification.
- Advanced Knowledge of Power Apps and Automation Tools.
Percentage of required travel: up to 10%

- This job operates in an office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, cameras, photocopiers, and filing cabinets.
- Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
- While performing the duties of this job the employee is required to talk, hear, walk, sit, stand, climb stairs on occasion with prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to effectively work and complete tasks in an open office/noisy environment.
- Must be able to sit for prolonged periods of time while traveling in a car or airplane.
