  • OCM Strategy Development: Develop and execute comprehensive and systemic change management and organizational development strategies and concepts, ensuring alignment with business goals and long-term sustainability.
  • Strategic Advisory: Provide strategic advice to clients on complex organizational transformations and change management initiatives, aligning them with overarching business objectives.
  • Drive Change Management Implementation: Take on a hands-on role as a manager, actively pursuing tasks and topics from ideation through to implementation alongside the team
  • Performance Evaluation: Evaluate the effectiveness of change management initiatives and make adjustments as needed, emphasizing their contribution to organizational development and performance improvement.
  • Thought Leadership: Contribute thought leadership on Organizational Development and Change Management, staying abreast of industry trends and best practices.
  • Business Development: Expand the client base by identifying and capitalizing on business development opportunities, driving revenue growth and market expansion.

 

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor our Change Management team, fostering growth and collaboration
  • Advise clients on complex organizational transformations and change management initiatives
  • Formulate and execute comprehensive change management strategies aligned with business objectives and SAP Implementations
  • Develop tailored training programs to equip employees with SAP-related skills
  • Manage communication plans to engage stakeholders throughout change initiatives
  • Proactively address resistance to change and adapt strategies for SAP implementations
  • Evaluate effectiveness of change initiatives
  • Perform detailed stakeholder analysis and change impact assessment, including roles and responsibilities
  • Create change management processes and implement the tools to help the organizations personnel quickly adopt any changes that take place 
  • Identify any resistance to proposed changes and manage it accordingly
  • Drive business development efforts

QualificationsQualifications

Education:

  • Master’s Degree in Organizational Development, Change Management, Psychology, Business Administration, Economics, or equivalent education

Experience:

  • 5+ years of proven experience in change management strategy and organizational development
  • Proven experience influencing senior level Executives, including C-suite, to invest in Change Management initiatives
  • Flexible and resilient. Ability to challenge, persevere, and thrive in ambiguous situations.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills within multiple environments and teams who may have diverse viewpoints and needs.
  • Prior involvement in IT implementations, particularly with expertise in SAP S/4HANA rollouts is advantageous
  • Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams to foster organizational growth and business development
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
  • Certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci) is a plus
  • Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to deliver engaging and informative training sessions both in-person and remotely.
  • Facilitation of workshops (e.g. focus groups, conceptual design, process/role mapping)
  • Strong visualization skills in PowerPoint or similar tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

 

Percentage of required travel: up to 100% 

 

Physical requirements:

  • This job operates in an office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, cameras, photocopiers, and filing cabinets.
  • Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
  • While performing the duties of this job the employee is required to talk, hear, walk, sit, stand, climb stairs on occasion with prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to effectively work and complete tasks in an open office/noisy environment.
  • Must be able to sit for prolonged periods of time while traveling in a car or airplane.

The salary range for this role is $115,000-$130,000. However, it is important to note that at MHP, compensation range is dependent on geographic location. Individual salaries within each range are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge and skillset. MHP reviews compensation regularly and may adjust base salaries to reflect market competitiveness.
