QualificationsQualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of managerial experience in automotive aftersales, preferably with premium or luxury brands.
  • Proficiency in automotive diagnostic tools and aftersales software systems.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian is an advantage.
  • Posseses strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with exceptional organizational and decision-making abilities.
  • Adaptable to dynamic environments and challenges.
  • Strong customer focus and a passion for delivering outstanding service.
  • Ability to foster teamwork and inspire high performance.
