Job Description​​

Leading the business development team

  • Managing and guiding of the team’s operational and strategic tasks​
  • Steering communication between the team and central stakeholders ​
  • Prepare and present decisions to PTW management team and/or PAG​
  • Controlling and monitoring of the team’s budgets & risks​

 

Implementation of the Omni-Channel (OC) Strategy

  • Lead a cross-functional team to localize PAG’s Omni-Channel Strategy.​
  • Integrate PTW’s physical (e.g., Porsche Centres) and digital channels (e.g., online sales, e-commerce).​
  • Address customer journey pain points and implement actions to enhance experience.​
  • Align with PAG and other markets for seamless execution.​

 

Development of Porsche Taiwan’s charging ecosystem (“E-Performance”)

  • Lead the "Road to X" initiative to prepare PTW and dealers for electric vehicle sales and service.​
  • Expand PTW’s charging network for better coverage and customer experience.​
  • Manage PTW’s Charging Service and App, including reporting and new offerings.​
  • Identify and assess business opportunities in charging solutions.​

 

Enhancement of Porsche Taiwan’s retail network

  • Develop the retail network with new formats and innovations (e.g., Destination Porsche, Digital Signage).​
  • Monitor dealer standards via audits and mystery shopping.​
  • Manage the Dealer Business Plan and Performance Bonus with internal alignment.​
  • Oversee updates and roll-out of dealer agreements.​
  • Organize dealer events (e.g., conferences, Dealer of the Year).​

 

Monitoring Porsche Taiwan’s retail network performance

  • Further roll-out of the Dealer KPI-system (IRIS) incl. internal reportings​
  • Conducting regular retail performance reviews and deriving of measures ​
  • Improvement of the internal and external reporting systems​

 

Taking charge of special projects and innovative concepts

  • Identify and evaluate future business opportunities incl. concept development, piloting and roll-out within PTW’s retail network​
  • Manage innovation projects at PTW in conjunction with PAG

QualificationsQualifications

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management or similar ​
  • Fluent in English ​
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office​
  • Soft skill qualification: Leadership skills, interpersonal skills, strong analytical skills, change management experience, HQ strategy adaptation to market (subsidiary), open mindset​
  • High levels of integrity and compliance​
  • Experience qualification: Project management, consulting, retail, automotive (Porsche or other premium OEMs)​
  • Team player, reliability, and ownership​
