Position overview
The Porsche Financial Services, Inc. (“PFS”) Attorney will provide legal support to PFS and its US subsidiaries under the guidance of a PFS corporate counsel. The Attorney’s focus will be on broad based financial services matters, including vendor contracts, marketing, digital products, protection products, and other topics as needed. The Attorney must be able to effectively influence and manage Operational Departments in order to support the legal requirements and objectives of PFS. This is a hybrid position that is based in Atlanta, Ga.

Roles & responsibilities
- Provide legal support to Porsche Financial Services and its subsidiaries on issues including, but not limited to, contracting, marketing, digital products, protection products, and insurance;
- Draft and negotiate service agreements, vendor agreements, technology contracts, non-disclosure agreements, and other commercial contracts under the supervision of the Corporate Counsel;
- Advise on federal and state financial services regulatory compliance including Truth in Lending Act, Consumer Leasing Act, Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act, Dodd-Frank, Fair Credit Reporting Act, Equal Credit Opportunity Act;
- Guide legal aspects of digital transformation topics to ensure compliance with applicable federal and state laws while supporting PFS’s strategic objectives;
- Provide legal support concerning marketing materials to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations;
- Advise on legal aspects of insurance regulations and licensing;
- Provide support on subpoena responses; and
- Assist PFS Corporate Counsel with general matters.

- College degree, J.D., membership in a state bar.
- 3-5 years legal experience; emphasis on banking or financial services preferred
- Percentage of required travel: 5%
- This is a hybrid position that is based in Atlanta, Ga.
Physical requirements
- Must be able to handle many concurrent tasks on a timely basis with minimal supervision. Ability to meet deadlines, adherence to details and reporting requirements.
- While performing the duties of this job the employee is required to talk, hear, walk, sit, stand, climb stairs on occasion with prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to communicate and exchange information verbally with management and co-workers.
Work environment
This position operates in an office environment. This role will use standard office equipment such as computers, phones, copiers, scanners, etc.

The salary range for this role is $130,000 - $150,000. However, it is important to note that at Porsche, compensation range is dependent on geographic location. Individual salaries within each range are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge and skillset. Porsche reviews compensation regularly and may adjust base salaries to reflect market competitiveness.
