Network Development & Sustainability Coordinator

• Monitoring and reporting on the ESG index/CSRD for Porsche Central and Eastern Europe office and its importers.
• Implementation and rollout of sustainability projects to improve the ESG score.
• Coordination of sustainability topics across departments.
• Rollout and market support for the Sustainability Retail Consultation Program for dealers.
• Administration and processing of distribution contracts for importers and dealers.
• Processing new applications from independent service operators.
• Coordination of Assessment Centers for management candidates at importer organizations.
• Coordination of the development of annual Business Plans with PCEE markets.
• Support to the manager on Network Development projects.

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in (International) Business, Management or equivalent education.
• Professional experience in automotive, preferably in an international environment as an advantage.
• High interest in the automotive industry with a focus on sustainability topics.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Punctual, structured, detail-oriented, and accurate working attitude.
• Team oriented and independent pro-active working attitude.
• Ability to work simultaneously on various projects in a highly dynamic and intercultural environment.
• Excellent English skill
• High proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Office Suite, Teams, SharePoint);
