TasksTasks

  • Develop and continuously evolve the regional People Excellence strategy based on identified market needs and potential
  • Develop, localise and manage – in collaboration with the importers’ training managers – the delivery of non-technical vocational qualification and certification of importer and dealer staff, covering product, brand, and skills training
  • Roll out global learning programs across the region, introduce and sustain new dealer job roles, foster regional exchange and collaboration, and pilot new learning methods and content to support the future readiness of regional importer and dealer organisations concerning People Excellence
  • Identify and implement solutions supporting a sustainable employee lifecycle management at regional importers and dealers
  • Manage the agency accounts, budgets and deliverables for all People Excellence projects and processes, support cross-functional internal collaboration initiatives and guide and develop the training managers of the Asia Pacific importers
  • Report, manage, and take action on all non-technical training related KPIs for the region, including responsibility for achieving training KPIs and ensuring data integrity in the LMS
  • Ad-Hoc training responsibility for internal Porsche Asia Pacific’s staff

QualificationsQualifications

  • University degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Communication, Psychology or relevant other degree
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience, 2 of which preferably in training, learning and development or related business area
  • Previous experience with premium automotive, preferably on OEM or wholesale level
  • Fluency in written and spoken English with excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Well established project management and reporting skills, with a high proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Willingness to work in a multicultural environment and to travel within the Asia Pacific region
  • Certification under WSQ’s Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP or ACTA) is a plus
