Position Objective:
This internship runs from June 23, 2025, to June 19, 2026 and supports After Sales Business Manager and technical control center (TCC).

Primary Responsibilities:
- Compile information from the markets and create different reports to support the business steering (Service Cockpit & Market Cockpit, BO reports on PLX, Parts, Classic and Tequipment, Quarterly importers ranking and permanent update of 9P & 4P files)
- AS Conference: Support the business team in the process of the annual conference including general organization and logistics, give aways, presentations and on-site support.
- Support quarterly compilation of the internal newsletter -Spotlight-
- Support all Porsche lifestyle BTB orders both from the markets and internally and post weekly the availability report on PPN
- Support monthly internal competition PACE including all processes require to compile monthly points from all markets.
- Support with general AS business tasks such as maintaining different spaces in PPN , creation of Credit/Debit notes for AS business, Track of PR turnovers using PCNA information
- Update and maintain battery repair tools and parts lists including monthly supersessions revision.
- Maintain battery repair list on Teams permanently following up with repairs performed locally w/o PLA Flying Dr.
- Publishing campaigns in PPN and updating postings based on latest PAG information.
- Explore new ways to pull the data to create and implement user friendly PRMS & Warranty reports.
- Support the creation of new templates for presentations.
- Support the organization of virtual TCC conferences.
QualificationsQualifications
Education:
- Recent graduate or Juniors/Seniors currently attaining Bachelor’s Degree in Business with focus on Business Management, Marketing, Engineering
- Languages (Spanish, and English) are required
Experience (Job and Industry):
- Previous Internships in Corporate environments preferred
- Experience or knowledge in luxury automotive would be ideal
Skills:
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to solve problems analytically and work in a timely manner
- Proficient computer skills in Microsoft office, Adobe InDesign, and Delta Master
- Proactivity and ability to work independently
- Ability to manage and oversee several activities at once
- Proficient working in a multi-cultural environment
- Desire to think creatively and provide ideas
Physical requirements:
- While performing the duties of this job the employee is required to talk, hear, walk, sit, stand, climb stairs on occasion with prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
- Must be able to effectively work and complete tasks in an open office/noisy environment.
