SAP Project Manager - Manager (f/m/d)

Role Overview:
As an SAP Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing global SAP transformation projects. You will ensure the successful delivery of SAP solutions while adhering to timelines, budget, and quality standards. This is a highly visible and impactful role that requires strong leadership, project management, and SAP expertise.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end SAP project implementation and transformation initiatives, from project scoping and planning to execution and delivery
  • Develop and manage project plans, including defining deliverables, milestones, resources, and timelines for global SAP projects
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (business, IT, vendors, etc.) to ensure project objectives are met
  • Ensure the projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, meeting or exceeding quality standards
  • Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, identifying mitigation strategies and maintaining proactive communication with stakeholders
  • Facilitate regular project reviews and status updates for key stakeholders, including executive leadership and client teams
  • Ensure compliance with internal and client-specific methodologies, processes, and governance
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior project managers and team members
  • Ensure proper documentation and knowledge transfer for ongoing support and continuous improvement

• Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP project management, with a proven track record of managing large-scale global SAP transformation projects
• Strong expertise in various SAP modules, with a focus on SAP S/4HANA
• Excellent understanding of SAP implementation methodologies and project management frameworks (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, ASAP, Activate)
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing diverse, cross-functional teams in a global environment
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders
• Ability to manage complex project environments, balancing multiple priorities and driving continuous project improvements
• PMP, SAP, or equivalent project management certification(s) is a plus
• Fluency in English is required. German and Hungarian is a plus

• Start: by arrangement -  always on the 1st and 15th of the month
• Working hours: full-time (40h); 27 vacation days
• Employment contract: Unlimited
• Line of work: Consulting
• Language skills: Fluency in written and spoken German and English
• Flexibility & willingness to travel for on-site assignments
• Other: a valid work permit
