Porsche Singapore is seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Lead to join our Porsche Lifestyle team, where the customer is at the heart of everything we do. This key role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of physical retail store operations—ensuring high levels of team engagement, operational excellence, and a seamless, world-class customer experience.
The ideal candidate will take ownership of the retail business, uphold Porsche’s visual merchandising standards, and cultivate meaningful customer interactions that build lasting loyalty. You will be instrumental in maximising sales opportunities and driving growth and profitability, while also monitoring and reporting on store performance metrics.
§ Lead and Manage Store Operations: Oversee daily operations of the Porsche Lifestyle retail store within the Porsche Studio Singapore, ensuring all activities are aligned with Porsche's standards, policies, and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Responsibilities include managing store opening and closing, overseeing sales transactions, packaging of orders, handling online collection orders, coordinating and planning staff rostering, coordinating vendor repairs, and maintaining a compliant, optimal working environment.
§ Enhance Customer Experience: Oversee the Porsche Lifestyle Customer Journey from initial contact through to purchase, building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to achieve high levels of satisfaction and encourage referrals and repeat business. Deliver an exceptional customer experience by exciting customers with Porsche Lifestyle’s unique brand stories, creating personalised interactions, and encouraging repeat business and referrals.
§ Maximise Sales and Growth: Identify and capitalise on sales opportunities across all customer segments, including B2B. Build strong business relationships, understand client needs, and deliver tailored solutions to drive revenue and growth. Proactively engage new target groups and expand the customer base.
§ Stock and Inventory Management: Oversee inventory management, ensuring healthy stock levels, and supporting annual product planning. Manage stock transfers and optimise inventory to meet business demands while maintaining Porsche’s standards.
§ Visual Merchandising and Store Presentation: Maintain the store’s visual merchandising standards, ensuring product displays reflect the Porsche Lifestyle brand. Regularly refresh displays and create a clean, inviting shopping environment, including fitting rooms and storage areas, to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
§ Customer Feedback and Insights: Actively gather customer feedback and insights to refine store offerings and enhance customer experiences. Leverage this information to drive strategic decisions and continuously improve store operations.
§ Team Development and Leadership: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of Ambassadors. Provide ongoing coaching and support, ensure the fulfilment of training requirements, and foster a culture of learning to build a motivated and effective team.
QualificationsQualifications
Diploma or equivalent in Retail, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of retail experience, preferably in fashion or lifestyle, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
Proven track record in achieving retail sales targets and driving store performance.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage confidently with both customers and stakeholders.
Analytical and solution-oriented, with sound decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
Self-motivated, adaptable, and driven by a strong “Can-Do” attitude and continuous learning mindset.
Passionate about the Porsche brand and committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Commercially aware, with a strong interest in retail operations and customer engagement.
Willing to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
