Specialist Controlling (f/m/d)

• Advise Executives and business units on key economic matters
• Support dynamic departments like Sales, After-sales, Marketing, PR, and Business Development with expert consultancy
• Deliver high-quality KPI reports tailored for senior management
• Monitor budgets and cost elements, providing detailed actual vs. target analyses
• Prepare Shareholder Committee meetings and support facilitating the approval processes
• Develop and maintain management reporting with clear performance comparisons
• Contribute to operating and enhancing the internal finance control system
• Assist the CFO with ad hoc requests, digitalization initiatives, and process optimizations 

•Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Controlling, Finance, or a related field
•Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in controlling or related external auditing
•Substantial experience with IFRS and SAP FI is key
•Excellent knowledge of Excel and a deeper accounting system understanding is preferred
•Good written and oral presentation skills in English - Norwegian and German beneficial
•Efficient, structured, analytical, and thorough approach to work tasks
•A very high eagerness to learn and grow as an individual
