TasksTasks

• Provide technical related support to importers & dealers in PCEE region.
• Ensure that Porsche After Sales policies and guidelines are understood and followed by all importers and dealers.
• Assist importers and dealers in resolving technical, warranty and customer inquiries/ issues.
• Ensure appropriate technical support for e-performance related high-voltage (HV) topics for all Porsche Battery Electric Vehicles (BEV) & Plug-In Hybrid Electric Vehicles (PHEV).
• Support for Body Repair & Paint technical topics to ensure quality of collision repair.
• Monitoring and reporting of top technical and quality issues occurring within the PCEE to the Porsche headquarters.
• Support for special tools and workshop equipment topics.
• Represent PCEE After Sales at meetings related to technical and parts topics.

QualificationsQualifications

• Min. 5 years of professional technical experience in the automotive industry.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Automotive Technology.
• Porsche technical qualification Gold or Silver is an advantage.
• Excellent understanding of automotive technology and of after sales processes.
• Detailed understanding of high-voltage (HV) technology and systems with the ability to obtain High Voltage Expert (HVE) Technician certificate.
• High degree of intercultural competence, positivity, self-motivation, service orientation and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a structured, systematic and solution-oriented manner.
• Team oriented and pro-active working attitude.
• Ability to reliably manage diverse projects and tasks simultaneously and high degree of stress resilience.
• Proficiency in English; language skills in German, Russian, Czech are beneficial.
• Driving License.
• Willingness to travel within the PCEE markets.
