E-Performance Assistant

- Support in the communication and steering between Porsche AG and importers across 28 highly diverse markets in the CEE region.
- Gain hands-on experience about daily Business Delevopment operations in a motivated and dynamic team.
- Support in shaping the regional e-mobility strategy with a focus on the Porsche Charging eco-system, i.e., Dealer Charging, Destination Charging, Public Charging, Home Charging
- Assistance in planning, execution, and follow-up tasks of market calls, departamental meetings and annual market conference. 
- Data and reporting support to effectively monitor and develop main E-Performance KPI
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and departments in a state-of-the-art office complex

- Passion for cars and strong interest in Porsche’s transition to e-mobility
- Currently pursuing or completed studies in Business Administration, Management or related subject
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a highly dynamic and intercultural environment
- Open-minded, organized, flexible, analytical, quality-focused, and able to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Ideally, practical experience in project management
- Proficient in MS Office; experience in Power Automate and Power BI is beneficial
- Fluency in English; additional relevant market languages are a plus
