Position Overview
The Warehouse Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring efficient day-to-day operations at the Parts Distribution Center (PDC). This multifaceted position supports customer service, administrative functions, accounting, technical parts management, and operational excellence, while championing safety and EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) system initiatives.
Roles & Responsibilities
Customer Service & Technical Support
- Provide technical parts support to dealers and internal PCNA teams.
- Investigate and resolve shipment issues; manage incoming dealer inquiries and answer PRMS tickets within KPI requirements.
- Maintain strong relationships with dealers and internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Order Management & Parts Processing
- Process dealer orders and cancellations, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Research parts data to support order fulfillment and issue resolution.
- Manage key cutting process, including timely order fulfillment, machine maintenance and inventory accuracy
- Assist in reporting activities related to claims and parts processing.
EWM Champion
- Oversee the effective use and optimization of the EWM system.
- Train staff, troubleshoot system issues, and collaborate with IT/Operations to improve workflows.
- Ensure warehouse processes align with operational goals through data-driven decision-making.
Administrative & Operational Support
- Assist the Operations Manager with scheduling, event planning, and calendar coordination.
- Manage correspondence, supply orders, and vendor visits.
- Maintain documentation for local agencies, employee records and monitor attendance-related programs.
Accounting & Payroll Support
- Process purchase orders, vendor invoices for payment and reconcile accounts payable
- Assist with worker’s comp claims, time tracking, payroll, and benefits inquiries.
- Coordinate vendor onboarding and manage related documentation.
Reporting & Compliance
- Track and report zone productivity; support month-end and ad-hoc reporting.
- Maintain local OSHA and environmental compliance records.
- Track employee certifications and safety-related documentation.
Other duties as assigned.
QualificationsQualifications
Qualifications
Required qualifications include:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2–5 years of administrative experience, ideally in auto parts distribution, logistics, or manufacturing.
Preferred qualifications include:
- Familiarity with SAP, EWM, ADP, and parts catalog systems preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and database tools.
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
- Customer-focused with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of safety practices and EWM system optimization is a plus.
- Ability to analyze data and create custom reports/presentations.
Physical Requirements
- Warehouse environment
- Heavy lifting, up to 50 pounds
- Sitting, lifting, pushing, pulling and extensive standing and walking on concrete surfaces
- Ability to work under pressure
- While performing the duties of this job the employee is required to talk, hear, walk, sit, stand, climb on occasion with prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to effectively work and complete tasks in an open office/noisy environment.

The salary range for this role is $65,000 to $73,000 per year. However, it is important to note that at Porsche compensation range is dependent on geographic location. Individual salaries within each range are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge and skillset.
Porsche reviews compensation regularly and may adjust base salaries to reflect market competitiveness.
