TasksTasks

  • Act as one of the points of contact for media outlets, facilitating the development of news articles, press coverage or content production, ensuring effective communication between the organization and their audience.
  • Coordinate the Porsche fleet loan schedule, including legal documentation, logistics for delivery/return, and maintenance support in collaboration with the Marketing team.
  • Plan and execute events for press relations and product launches, acting as the liaison between Porsche, the event agency and other partners, following internal procedures and producing the required documentation.
  • Assist the media outlets invited to the events in order to ensure adequate coverage or content production, maximizing results.
  • Handle logistics for media participation, including travel arrangements and registration, and, when needed, accompany guests to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Support on the preparation of monthly and quarterly reports on media activities.
  • Provide SAP support to dealers regarding systems provided by PAG (PVMS, Pprint, PDSR, etc.).
  • Facilitate communication between interviewers and spokespersons, supporting their preparation for media interactions.
  • Execute CSR in alignment with departmental strategy, acting as the main communication link between Porsche Brasil and partner organizations. Produce all the necessary documentation and ensure the execution of the approval process following the internal directives.
  • Develop and lead departmental projects with a focus on process optimization.
  • Oversee administrative routines such as purchase orders, payments, and service requests, ensuring compliance with internal guidelines.

QualificationsQualifications

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Communication, Business Administration or related areas.

 

Experience

  • 5 years of working experience in Communication or Marketing, preferably in the automotive industry or luxury brands.

 

Skills and Competencies

  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build solid relationships with internal and external stakeholders
