TasksTasks

  • Prepare and control the reports related to government requirements (eg. Proconve, CADE, Mover).
  • Register invoiced vehicle information in the National Index Base (BIN) to ensure accurate and up-to-date records for proper inventory tracking and management.
  • Support sales managers in the creation and management of sales campaigns, including monthly point counting and system updates, to drive performance and meet business goals.
  • Prepare reports and manage documentation related to sales incentives, enabling evaluation and continuous improvement of campaign strategies.
  • Monitor competitor and automotive segment performance through data input, reporting, and analysis to help the company stay ahead of market trends and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Track and analyze the sales department’s monthly budget to ensure effective financial resource allocation and support the achievement of sales targets.
  • Manage access to the Porsche Finder platform to enhance user experience in locating and managing Porsche preowned.
  • Support other areas (After Sales, Business Development, Training, Marketing, Controlling) on sales topics related – e.g. variable margins process, PBE, turnover calculation, dealer credit limits, etc.
  • Support billing processes through inventory entry and vehicle sales, ensuring accurate invoicing and smooth transaction flow.
  • Coordinate purchase process and suppliers within Sales Area.
  • Control system access of dealer network in Porsche systems.
  • Manage incentives budget – support for sales policies, assure the compliance of incentives, check the documentation, elaborate reports to headquarters.
  • Key responsible for Delivery to Customer process. 

QualificationsQualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields. Experience
  • Previous experience in sales operations, planning, or reporting roles is preferred.
  • Previous experience in the automotive industry is a plus (premium brand is a strong plus). Competencies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Proactive and collaborative mindset
  • Understanding of business context to provide analytical support Skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a strong focus on Excel
  • Experience with VBA, Python, Tableau, Workato, N8N or Pentaho is a plus
  • Familiarity with SAP; prior experience is considered an advantage
  • Communication and presentation skills
  • Team oriented working attitude and intercultural understanding
  • Strong motivation and enthusiasm for the automotive sector
