SAP MM with German - Senior Consultant (f/m/d)

We are seeking an experienced and motivated SAP Functional Consultant for Sourcing & Procurement to join our team in an exciting Motorsport project.
In this role, you will act as the key liaison between Procurement, business stakeholders, and IT, providing functional support for SAP procurement processes. Your responsibilities will include analyzing and resolving incidents, optimizing purchasing processes, supporting interface monitoring and troubleshooting using SAP AIF and translating business requirements into effective SAP solutions. You will also collaborate closely with developers strengthening the team's expertise.

• • Analyze, document, and continuously improve procurement and purchasing processes.
  • Gather and evaluate business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
  • Support the design, configuration, testing, and implementation of SAP solutions in the Procurement area
  • Collaborate with IT teams, business users, and external partners to ensure the effective implementation of system enhancements.
  • Provide user support and training, and maintain process and system documentation.
  • Participate in projects, rollouts, and change initiatives related to Procurement and Materials Management.
  • Monitor system performance, identify improvement opportunities, and ensure compliance with corporate standards.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for Procurement processes and tools.

Must haves:

• Strong knowledge of procurement processes in SAP
• S/4HANA experience (either Customising or Local Key User)
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow up effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Adaptability and flexibility to manage deadline pressure and changes
• Excellent presentation skills: able to deliver workshops and trainings for customers

Nice-to-haves:

• Implementation experience
• Change Management
• Integration with other SAP modules such as SD, PP and FI/CO
• Exposure in both ECC and S/4HANA environments
• AIF Monitoring

• Start: by arrangement - always on the 1st and 15th of the month
• Working hours: full time (40h); 27 vacation days
