Roles & responsibilities
Primary responsibilities:
- Manage all activities associated with the Premier Porsche Center Experience (annual), Board of Regents Meetings (2-3 times per year); Board of Regents Conference Calls (10 per year); Annual Business Meetings (1-2 times per year); National Automobile Dealers Association event (annual) and Satisfaction Survey meetings (2 times per year); Sales and Marketing Roundtable (2 times per year); All-Field Meetings (1-2 times per year); Monthly Operations Meetings; Quarterly National Operations Meetings; and Sales Manager Meetings (annual).
- Direct day-to-day critical job assignments, ensuring proper time management for the Executive VP & COO; managing the flow of information between other department heads - dissemination of tasks, creating timelines, and ensuring follow-through.
- Responsible for managing the COO $1.5M budget, which includes all event/meeting program management while directing/managing key suppliers.
- Manage and maintain relationships with Dealer Principals and General Managers with trust and confidence.
- Integrate and finalize Annual Business Meeting presentations.
- Responsible for creation, coordination, and distribution of Board of Regents meeting minutes to all PCNA dealers.
- Manage and direct the Executive VP and COO schedule and travel planning in coordination with other team members.
- Implement procedures to enhance overall department operating efficiency and improve communication. This includes adherence to established timelines for meeting agendas, open topics, etc.
- Responsible for the proper usage and awareness of compliance with PCNA policies and procedures.
- Seeks to ensure proper retention of electronic documents, business confidential information, and actively demonstrates an understanding of the need to safeguard private information in both electronic and non-electronic formats.
QualificationsQualifications
Education:
- University degree in Business Administration or other relevant field required
Experience:
- 6+ years of relevant work experience
- Advance Porsche organization knowledge 8+ years preferred
- Experience in the automotive industry at executive support level positions, including event management and dealer relations.
Skills:
- Exemplary project and team management skills
- Strong communication, analytical, and presentation skills
- Effective negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Travel required 10%+ of the time
- Strong influencing skills and ability to adeptly collaborate with Executives, Vice Presidents, PAG colleagues, and various vendors

Schedule/Shift: Hybrid
The salary range for this role is $90,000-$125,000. However, it is important to note that at Porsche, compensation range is dependent on geographic location. Individual salaries within each range are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge and skillset. Porsche reviews compensation regularly and may adjust base salaries to reflect market competitiveness.

- Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
- While performing the duties of this job the employee is required to talk, hear, walk, sit, stand, climb stairs on occasion with prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
