SAP Production Planning - Senior Consultant (f/m/d)

• Lead SAP PP implementation and consulting activities within SAP S/4HANA projects.
• Act as the main point of contact for SAP PP-related topics and support business stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct workshops, analyze business requirements, and translate them into SAP PP solutions.
• Configure SAP PP processes and support solution design based on business needs and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across PP, MM, QM, EWM, PM, and SD.
• Support testing activities, cutover preparation, hypercare, and end-user adoption.
• Prepare functional documentation, status updates, and client presentations.
• Work closely with business users, project teams, and other SAP consultants to ensure successful project delivery.

• Strong expertise in SAP PP with hands-on experience in implementation and configuration activities.
• Experience working on SAP S/4HANA implementation, transformation, or rollout projects.
• Solid understanding of end-to-end Production Planning processes, including MRP, Production Orders, Capacity Planning, Shop Floor Control, and Master Data.
• Strong experience in SAP PP customization and solution design.
• Experience with Greenfield and Brownfield implementation projects.
• Experience conducting workshops, gathering business requirements, and working directly with business stakeholders.
• Strong integration knowledge with MM and QM; experience with EWM, PM, or SD is considered an advantage.

Nice-to-have:

• Experience with SAP PP/DS.
• Knowledge of SAP Digital Manufacturing and Manufacturing Execution concepts.
• Experience working on global template initiatives or international rollout projects.
• SAP S/4HANA or SAP PP certification.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to coordinate activities and drive topics across multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of deliverables.

• Start: by arrangement -  always on the 1st and 15th of the month
• Working hours: full-time ( 40h); 27 vacation days
• Employment contract: Unlimited

• Language skills: Fluency in written and spoken English; German is a plus
• Flexibility & willingness to travel
• Other: a valid work permit
