What to expect?

Revenue & Incentive Management

  • Drive revenue growth across the PCEE region through the design and implementation of market-specific tactical incentive programs tailored to local market dynamics and business objectives.
  • Support the development and implementation of measures to increase option turnover and vehicle individualisation as key revenue drivers.
  • Monitor program performance and effectiveness through detailed analysis and reporting, evaluating target achievement while providing recommendations for future program enhancements.
  • Act as the central interface between PCEE importers and PAG for the Pit-Lane-Club platform, ensuring efficient administration, issue resolution, user support, and successful implementation of all tactical incentive programs.

Sales Reporting

  • Conduct daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual performance analyses across all PCEE importers to identify business opportunities and risks and collaborate closely with the Head of Regions to support deriving countermeasures.
  • Drive the automation and optimisation of recurring reporting processes to increase efficiency, improve data quality, and reduce manual effort.
  • Prepare and deliver sales-related analyses, presentations, and management information for executive meetings, committees, conferences, and other business reviews.

Sales Forecasting & Planning

  • Support the coordination and consolidation of market forecasts across all PAG-related planning rounds, ensuring the timely collection, validation, and alignment of inputs from all PCEE markets. Proactively engage with Heads of Region to clarify significant deviations, assess underlying drivers, and support forecast accuracy.
  • Support the Head of Sales Planning and Reporting in harmonising market feedback, streamlining planning assumptions, and consolidating regional forecasts. Ensure high-quality, consistent submissions of planning round results from all PCEE markets to PAG.

What sets you apart?

  • Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Data Analytics, Business Administration, Economics, Business Informatics, or a comparable field.
  • Min. 3 years of professional experience in the field of Data Analytics and/or in the automotive industry, preferably in an international environment. 
  • Previous Porsche experience highly beneficial.
  • Excellent Data Analytics & IT knowledge (e.g. MS Office in part. Advanced Excel VBA/Macros, Power BI, Tableau), SAP, SQL, Deltamaster and others of advantage.
  • Excellent verbal/written communication skills in English, C13additional regional language skills are an advantage (e.g. German, Turkish, …).
  • Detail-oriented and accurate, organised working attitude as well as developed project management skills.
  • Strong conceptual and communication skills to sensitively manage interaction with regional stakeholders.
  • Team-oriented and independent, proactive working attitude.
  • Ability to multitask and work simultaneously on various projects in a highly dynamic and intercultural environment.
