Master Data Governance with German - Consultant (f/m/d)

• Processing of inquiries in 1st & 2nd level support (master data system, process, and organization), both in writing and by telephone
• Independently solving purely technical problems
• Forwarding to process-involved technical experts (finance, procurement, sales)
• Recording and documenting technical incidents (system errors and change requests) via existing ticketing tools
• Creating requirements catalogs for master data management from the functions and business areas, distributing them to those responsible for further evaluation, and documenting them via Jira/Confluence
• Initiating and actively managing improvement measures in the area of master data quality, functional and technical specifications for implementations and carrying out testing activities
• Supporting the operational units, qualifying users and creating training documents, carrying out training activities
• Handling queries about the link to SAP P43
• Handling queries regarding supplier master data sheet content and logistics
• Handling queries regarding the login/single sign-on
• Handling queries about blocked suppliers
• Handling queries about VAT numbers with EU abbreviations of companies
• Handling queries about the procedure for unavailable banks
• Handling queries about ordering from index suppliers

• Fluent written and spoken German
• High customer and service orientation, as well as a friendly demeanor
• Confident handling of Windows 10, Microsoft Office 365, MS Teams, Jira, Confluence and SAP MDG (experience in the business partner area is desirable)
• IT affinity, strong understanding of processes and experience in requirements management an advantage
• Relevant experience in master data management and in master data maintenance and administration is an advantage
• Basic knowledge of accounting and finance
• First professional experience in service support desirable
• Strong communication skills and a solution-oriented, proactive way of working

• Start: by arrangement -  always on the 1st and 15th of the month
• Working hours: full-time (40h); 27 vacation days
• Employment contract: Unlimited

• Flexibility & willingness to travel
