(Senior) Consultant HR Transformation (f/m/d)

As a (Senior) Consultant HR Transformation (f/m/d) you play a key role in advancing our projects and are responsible for the successful implementation of innovative solutions.

The following tasks await you:

• Process mapping and optimization, workshops, fit-gap analysis, and swimlane process modeling
• Design of HR roles and structures, capacity planning, organizational analysis, and optimization of HR operating models and interactions
• HR system and service landscape mapping, maturity assessment, strategy and roadmap development, and vendor evaluation
• Workforce planning, people analytics, KPI definition, data flow analysis, and HR data architecture design

To be well-prepared for your path as a (Senior) Consultant HR Transformation (f/m/d) at MHP, you bring the following qualifications: 

• A completed degree and at least 2-3 years of professional experience in HR or HR IT, ideally within a consulting environment
• Passion for end-to-end, integrated HR processes as well as new technologies and digitalization
• Expertise in process management as well as with Miro, Signavio, Excel or Visio
• A working style is characterized by confident presence as a trusted advisor and representative for clients and internal teams

• Start date: by arrangement – always at the beginning of a month
• Working hours: full-time (40 hours); 30 vacation days
• Employment type: permanent
• Work area: consulting
• Languages: B2 German & English skills
• Flexibility & willingness to travel
• Other: a valid work permit is required; if needed, we can apply for the work permit as part of our recruiting process. The procedure takes time and may affect the starting date.
