- Vehicle Dynamics Development from Benchmarks, target setting to target cascading
- Conventional suspension tuning on spring, damper, anti-roll bar, bushings, bumpstop, top mount, rebound spring, etc.
- Adaptive/active suspension tuning on airspring, adaptive/active dampers, etc.
- Subjective evaluation and benchmarking on ride comfort, handling, steering, noise, tire performance etc.
- Objective measurements on ride comfort and handling performance, equipment installation, driving and data processing
- K&C test analysis and benchmarking, Kinematics and Elastokinematics analysis on simulation tools
- Chassis electronics systems evaluation and calibration such as 4-wheel drive system, steering system, etc. ESP evaluation and sign off
- Driving Training
AnforderungenAnforderungen
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree of automotive engineering
- Excellent driving skills (at/over vehicle limit on different surfaces)
- Excellent subjective evaluation skills
- Solid knowledge about overall vehicle dynamics, kinematics and elastokinematics, hardware characteristics on different tuning parts
- Solid knowledge about E/E architecture, signal communication and software calibration
- Familiar with Calibration tools like CANape, INCA etc.
- Familiar with execution objective measurements and relative tools OXTS, Steering robot, Vbox etc.
- Minimum 5 years working experience.
- Willingness to travel
