Senior Manager, Motion Systems (f/m/d)

Lead and manage the local chassis engineering team.
Strengthen and extend local engineering capabilities with special focus on active motion systems and other new technology areas related to chassis domain.
Ensure successful execution of chassis projects within defined milestones and budgets.
Development of latest chassis technology roadmap for China market. Strategy for chassis business in China.
Strongly support acquisition of chassis projects primarily in but not limited to China market.
China business growth of motion system
Drive the optimization of design and testing processes, guidelines and best practices in the engineering team.

University degree in vehicle, mechatronics, electrical engineering or related educational background.
At least 14 years of engineering experience in chassis engineering including active chassis systems, like tuning, torque vectoring, vehicle motion, braking, steering, suspension / CDC control, at major OEMs and/or engineering service providers in China.
Extensive understanding of chassis system technology trends and the supply chain in China market.
In depth knowledge of vehicle development and production processes as well as relevant standards.
Experience in vehicle platform development, vehicle build and launch experience of advantage.
Experience with functional safety process (ISO26262).
Minimum 6 years of managerial experience paired with strong leadership behavior.
Strong skills in communication, negotiation and problem solving, structured working style.
Strong network in China chassis industry
Proficiency in Chinese and English language.
