- Lead and drive whole sales process under coordination with cross function departments in terms of acquisition, technical work-scope definition, cost calculation, offer preparation, legal items confirmation, quotation timeline control
- Care of sales routine activity, such as weekly running and acquisition program report, customer list maintains, customer visitor, top management summit arrangement.
- Preparation of offers and development contracts and checking all commercial documents.
- Conducting negotiations with customers regarding all price related affairs and payment follow-up and business development.
- Market technology and market price and competition observation
- Other tasks assigned by manager from time to time.
QualificationsQualifications
- University degree in engineering with a major in automotive engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, Mechatronics or equivalent
- Several years of professional experience in the areas of development or technical sales in the automotive and supplier industry or with a development service provider
- Good understanding of automotive engineering
- Negotiating skills and assertiveness
- Experience in the field of sales in industrial companies is a big advance.
- Experienced handling of the MS office, esp. Excel and Power point
- Knowledge of Chinese and English are must.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills as well as a high affinity for delivering first-quality engineering services to the customer
- Willingness to travel
