SAP HCM ABAP - Consultant/Senior Consultant (f/m/d)

• Configure, develop, and optimize SAP HCM replication frameworks, including BIB, Employee Central Point-to-Point Replication, and custom replication via CPI
• Develop and support ABAP programs and enhancements within the SAP HCM area
• Troubleshoot and resolve replication errors between SAP HCM and SuccessFactors Employee Central
• Support integration of SAP HCM with other SAP modules and third-party systems
• Collaborate closely with functional HR teams to ensure accurate and reliable employee data replication
• Perform technical design, conduct code reviews, and maintain comprehensive system documentation
• Ensure the quality, stability, and performance of replication solutions

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in SAP ABAP development, with a focus on HCM modules
• Strong understanding of the SAP HCM data model and core HR processes
• Hands-on experience with HCM Replication frameworks, including BIB, Employee Central Point-to-Point, and custom replication via CPI
• Experience with SAP CPI/CI (Cloud Platform Integration) for designing, building, and monitoring replication scenarios
• Proficiency in debugging both ABAP programs and CPI iFlows
• Knowledge of SuccessFactors, particularly the Employee Central data model and processes
• Familiarity with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP)
• Experience working with Agile methodologies, ideally within SAFe frameworks
• Degree in IT, Computer Science, HR Information Systems, or a related field

• Working hours: full-time ( 40h); 27 vacation days

• Language skills: Fluency in written and spoken English, German is noce to have
