Management Consultant with German - Senior Consultant/Manager (f/m/d)

• You will be part of project teams supporting MHPs clients as a Senior Management Consultant;
• You will focus on advising clients on how to solve specific business challenges;
• You are adaptable, fast-learning, confident and have worked with executive stakeholders before;
• You have the ability to identify client’s challenges and devise approaches on how to solve them;

• At least 5 years of experience within consulting companies;
• Ability to handle changing requirements and priorities in a dynamic project environment;
• Understanding of complex technical discussions;
• Ability to draft minutes, presentations, and management documents accurately in German;
• Confident presentation in (virtual) meetings and workshops (in German);
• Experience with Kanban, status tracking, escalation management, deadline management, and stakeholder communication;
• Ability to translate technical requirements into clearly defined process interfaces (BPIs);
• Creation of management-ready presentations (PowerPoint);
• Self-organized and reliable in tracking tasks and open issues;
• Fluent German and English skills ;
• Willingness to travel;

• Start: by arrangement -  always on the 1st and 15th of the month
• Working hours: full-time (40h); 27 vacation days
• Employment contract: Unlimited
• Line of work: Consulting 
• Language skills: Fluency in written and spoken in German and English
• Flexibility & willingness to travel
• Other: a valid work permit
