• Act as primary contact between PKO & Dealers for all AS & CR related topics
• Develop and align annual AS Business Plans between PKO & Dealers; including regular follow-up and steering
• Manage all CR and Porsche Service Consulting activities; including RSA and Customer Goodwill

• Over 10 years of relevant experience
• Deep knowledge of Porsche's After Sales business model and processes
• Strong Negotiation and communication skills in both Korean & English
• Strategic and operational thinking; Capability to implement
• Team player
