ServiceNow Senior Developer - Manager/Senior Manager (f/m/d)

• You will be responsible for the design, development and implementation of ServiceNow applications and enhancements by collaborating with various stakeholders to gather requirements;
• You will  provide solutions and ensure optimal performance of the ServiceNow platform;
• You will design, develop and implement ServiceNow applications and modules, including custom applications;
• You will configure and customize ServiceNow instances according to best practices;
• You will collaborate with business analysts and project managers to understand technical requirements and translate them into actionable items;
• You will manage and execute the complete software development life cycle (SDLC) for ServiceNow projects;
• You will create and maintain ServiceNow reports, dashboards and performance analytics;
• You will troubleshoot and resolve issues with the ServiceNow platform and applications;
• You will provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers and team members;
• You will stay current with ServiceNow updates, features and best practices;

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field;
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform components (e.g., Incident, Change, Problem Management);
• Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS and AngularJS;
• Experience with ServiceNow development tools (e.g., Studio, Flow Designer, Integration Hub);
• Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs and web services integration;
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;

Preferred Skills:

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and/or Certified Application Developer certifications;
• Experience with ITIL processes and best practices;
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management;
• Flexibility & willingness to travel;

• Start: by arrangement -  always on the 1st and 15th of the month
• Working hours: full-time (40h); 27 vacation days
• Employment contract: Unlimited

• Language skills: Fluency in written and spoken English; German would be a plus
• Flexibility & willingness to travel
