.NET Backend Developer - Senior Consultant (f/m/d)

• Collaborate with colleagues to design and implement efficient, complete solutions based on stakeholder requirements.
• Design back-end software components or customize existing applications for client use.
• Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle.
• Implement user stories, track and fix bugs, and monitor scalable, highly available software components.
• Perform code and merge reviews to ensure code quality and maintain system performance.
• Analyze tickets and log files to identify and resolve issues.
• Maintain a proactive mindset in identifying and addressing potential problems.
• Identify issues and define workarounds where possible.
• Inform clients about system changes and explain existing application features as needed.

Must Have:

• Senior-level experience developing applications using .NET (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core).
• Strong understanding of unit, integration, and automated testing practices.
• Relational Databases / SQL: Skilled in writing queries and managing relational databases.
• Hands-on experience with GitLab pipelines and deployment automation.
• Agile Mindset: Demonstrates Focus, Courage, Commitment, Respect, and Openness in team collaboration.
• Communication skills, customer focus, curiosity about business background and technologies, high-quality focus and integrity.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is an advantage.

Nice to Have:

• Understanding of cloud architecture and services in Azure.
• Ability to create automation or support scripts using Python.

• Start:  by arrangement - always on the 1st and 15th of the month
• Working hours:  full time (40h); 27 vacation days
• Employment contract: Unlimited

• Language skills: business-fluent English at C1 level; German is a plus
• Flexibility & willingness to travel
• Other: a valid work permit
