SAP Production Planning - Expert (f/m/d)

• Act as functional expert for SAP PP (and related modules: MM, QM, PM if relevant).
• Lead and support full lifecycle S/4HANA implementation and rollout projects.
• Conduct fit-gap analysis, define business requirements, and design process solutions.
• Configure and customize SAP PP processes (MRP, shop floor control, production orders, capacity planning, etc.).
• Collaborate closely with integration teams (EWM, TM, QM, and PM).
• Support testing (unit, integration, UAT) and training activities.
• Serve as subject matter expert for manufacturing clients in automotive or industrial sectors.
• Support pre-sales, knowledge sharing, and internal enablement activities.

Must have:

• Deep knowledge of SAP PP (Discrete Manufacturing, MRP, BOM/Routing, Order Management).
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end manufacturing and logistics processes.
• Fluent in English (written & spoken).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience leading or mentoring junior consultants.

Nice-to-have:

• Integration knowledge with QM, PM, EWM, MES.
• German language skills.
• Automotive or manufacturing industry experience.
• SAP certification (PP or S/4HANA Manufacturing).
• Experience in public/private cloud environments.

• Start: by arrangement -  always on the 1st and 15th of the month
• Working hours: full-time ( 40h); 27 vacation days
