Event Marketing Assistant (Intern) (f/m/d)

-You support the general organization of event-related requests and communication between the 28 Central and Eastern European markets, Porsche AG, and external partners.
-You support the realization of overall event and project management tasks, including the preparation, implementation, and wrap-up of international (driving) events at various racetracks, as well as regional and local events.
-You support the management of the regional vehicle fleet, enabling local and regional driving events and activities by coordinating vehicle logistics and transportation, handling customs documentation, managing vehicle exchanges and damage reports, and communicating with Porsche AG, markets, and external providers.
-You prepare and monitor various reports and tracking documents for internal projects and market-related activities.
-You create professional presentations, overviews, and management summaries.
-You support on-site during events, representing the company and brand towards customers, ensuring participant satisfaction, and maintaining a seamless event flow (subject to season and possibilities).
-You contribute your own ideas and take independent responsibility for coordinating assigned requests and tasks.

-You have completed studies in Marketing, Event Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
-You have prior work experience, ideally within the automotive industry.
-You have a strong interest in the automotive sector and a high level of motivation.
-You are familiar with MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
-You have advanced language skills in English; knowledge of German or Czech is an advantage.
-You demonstrate a detail-oriented and accurate working style, combined with strong organizational and time/project management skills.
- You possess strong conceptual and communication abilities as well as intercultural awareness.
- You are team-oriented and have an independent, proactive working attitude.
- You are experienced in managing multiple projects simultaneously within a highly dynamic, intercultural environment.
- You hold an international driving license with at least two years of driving experience.
- You are willing to independently drive Porsche vehicles to and from the office for service or other business-related purposes.
-You are flexible and willing to occasionally travel and work on weekends.
