HS&E Specialist (f/m/d)

• Provide support to the HSE function and to the HS&E Manager (RSPP).
• Assist in conducting general and specific risk assessments.
• Support the development of procedures and operating instructions within Environmental Management Systems and Health & Safety Management Systems.
• Assist in managing mandatory and non-mandatory training processes.
• Support the management of internal deadlines and legal compliance requirements.
• Support internal and external audit activities.
• Assist in the management of contractor companies (documentation, DUVRI, etc.).

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree in Engineering (Safety, Industrial, Civil, Environmental, Management Engineering or related fields).
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role within industrial settings, preferably with HS&E or RSPP/ASPP responsibilities.
• Excellent knowledge of current Health & Safety legislation (D.Lgs. 81/08) and Environmental legislation (D.Lgs. 152/06).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Good command of the English language.

NICE TO HAVE:

• Knowledge of Health & Safety Management Systems (ISO 45001) and Environmental Management Systems (ISO 14001), as well as environmental regulations (e.g., waste management).
• Minimum requirements for ASPP qualification.
• Qualification as a Health & Safety Trainer according to D.I. 6/3/2013.
• Knowledge of the German language.
