What to expect?

Sales & Central Reporting

  • Facilitate data-driven decision making within the Sales & Operations Team to support strategic and operational tasks.
  • Create, visualize and distribute reports to make data accessible and understandable.
  • Collect, transform and organize data to bring insights and recommendations to improve the business performance.
  • Define the central reporting strategy in collaboration with IT and steer the cross-departmental Performance Cockpits: oversee a team of external suppliers and manage a budget.
  • Automate routine reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
  • Lead data quality initiatives to ensure accuracy, integrity & consistency of sales data.
  • Prepare Sales related content for Management Meetings, Committees & Conferences.
  • Provide Sales figures across the organization.

 

Sales Forecasting & Analytics

  • Create forecasting models by using data warehousing and AI as well as advanced analytics to highlight trends and opportunities of the PCEE markets.
  • Oversee business analysis, optimization and digitalization of operational processes.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor performance to inform sales strategy.
  • Provide deep dive analysis of ad-hoc questions to support the steering of all importer markets in Central and Eastern Europe.
  • Steer the development of new tools and systems.
  • Support the preparation of long-range planning rounds.

 

Incentives & Tactical Programs

  • Manage, consolidate and update the reporting and support the project steering of the cross-departmental Performance Program P3.
  • Assess Sales KPIs in various incentive programs and control adequate documentation.


Additional responsibilities

  • Supervise and develop the Sales & Analytics Coordinator.
  • Deputy the Head of Sales Planning & Reporting.


What sets you apart?

  • Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Data Analytics, Business Administration, Economics, Business Informatics, or a comparable study.
  • Min. 2 years of professional experience in the field of Data Analytics
  • Min. 5 years of professional experience in automotive, preferably in an international environment.
  • Previous Porsche experience highly beneficial.
  • Excellent Data Analytics & IT knowledge (e.g. Ms Office in part. Advanced Excel VBA/Macros, Power BI, Tableau); SAP, SQL, Deltamaster and others of advantage
  • Excellent verbal/written communication skills in English, additional regional language skills of advantage (e.g. German, Turkish, Russian, …)
  • Detail-oriented and accurate, organized working attitude as well as developed project management skills.
  • Strong conceptual and communication skills to sensitively manage interaction with regional stakeholders.
  • Team oriented and independent, pro-active working attitude.
  • Ability to multitask and work simultaneously on various projects in a highly dynamic and intercultural environment.
