Cloud Security - Manager ( f/m/d)

• Cloud Security Consulting:
  Provide demand-driven consulting across topics such as cloud threat detection, logging, DDoS protection, vulnerability management, architecture, and best practices (Azure & AWS focus).
• Strategic Capability Development:
  Evaluate, design, and support end-to-end implementation of strategic cloud security capabilities in close collaboration with agile teams.
• Policy Development:
  Define new and update existing ISMS Level 3 & 4 cloud security concepts, ensuring alignment with cloud provider capabilities and industry standards.
• Cloud Building Block Mapping:
  Refine and map existing ISMS Level 5 concepts (Cloud Building Blocks) to higher-level policy structures and compliance requirements.
• Serverless Security Enablement:
  Lead the evaluation and introduction of vulnerability detection for serverless workloads using Prisma Cloud CWP, support integration into the existing PATCH cloud environment.
• Cloud KPIs & Monitoring:
  Define and establish cloud-relevant InfoSec KPIs and metrics; design and implement cloud security monitoring as part of ICS (Internal Control System).

• 3+ years of experience in Cloud Security or Information Security roles
• Hands-on knowledge of at least one major cloud provider (Azure, AWS)
• Experience with ISMS frameworks (ISO/IEC 27001, NIST, BSI Grund Schutz)
• Strong understanding of cloud-native security tools and architectures
• Familiarity with vulnerability management and SIEM/SOC environments

Nice-to-have:

• Experience with Prisma Cloud, especially CWP modules
• Knowledge of Agile Release Trains (Safe or similar frameworks)
• Background in defining security KPIs and integrating monitoring tools
• Certification(s): e.g., CCSP, AWS Security Specialty, Azure Security Engineer, CISSP, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer

• Start: by arrangement -  always on the 1st and 15th of the month
• Working hours: full-time (40h); 27 vacation days
• Employment contract: Unlimited

• Language skills: Fluency in written and spoken English (German is highly desirable)
• Flexibility & willingness to travel
• Other: a valid work permit
