PMO with German - Junior/Consultant (f/m/d)

• Advise Project Management team on best practices in project governance, portfolio management, and PMO optimization
• Asses, design and implement PMO frameworks tailored to client & project needs, ensuring projects align with strategic objectives
• Work closely with Senior stakeholders, analyze project performance and provide recommendations to improve efficiency, governance and reporting
• Support DevOps Manager and Technical Lead in sprint planning and coordination
• Track user stories and tickets (progress, effort, deadlines) and support timely delivery
• Prepare and update status reports and documentation
• Participate in and help coordinate agile ceremonies (daily, planning, review, retrospective)
• Act as a support contact for Product Owner and customer for clarifications and follow-ups
• Assist in risk identification, documentation, and follow-up actions
• Support SLA monitoring, backlog prioritization, and budget awareness
• Help coordinate team onboarding and task allocation
• Contribute to process optimization, quality improvements, and ticket reduction initiatives
• Manage international virtual teams (India, Romania, Germany, etc.)

• 1–3 years experience in IT service, project coordination, or consulting (or strong graduate profile)
• PMO Frameworks & Governance: implement PMO structures, methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, PRINCE2, SAFe)
• Advanced Reporting & Analytics: use Power BI and Excel to generate insights for clients
• Financial & Risk Management: assist with project budget tracking
• Process Improvement & Compliance: optimize project workflows ensuring adherence to industry regulations (e.g., ISO, PMI standards)
• Good German communication skills
• Willingness to learn, take responsibility, and work with international teams
• Structured, proactive and customer-oriented mindset
• Communication: Clear and professional interaction       
• Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy in (Brand) documentation and (Brand) reporting
• Collaboration: Working efficiently with project managers and team members
• Accuracy Driven: providing correct and detailed  information towards the stakeholders
• Time Management: self-sufficiency and effectively communicates any potential time constraints in a timely manner.

• Start: by arrangement -  always on the 1st and 15th of the month
• Working hours: full-time (40h); 27 vacation days
• Employment contract: Unlimited

• Language skills: Fluency in written and spoken German and English
