As a Junior Sales Operations Analyst, you will support the daily sales processes and help ensure smooth coordination between teams. Your tasks will include preparing quotes, supporting documentation for offers, assisting with project administration, and maintaining accurate data in our systems. This role is ideal for someone detail‑oriented, organized, and eager to grow within Sales Operations.

  • You will support the validation of customer order details and ensure accurate data entry into PLM/ERP systems.
  • You will assist with basic project closing tasks, such as collecting required documents and uploading customer approvals.
  • You will follow up on invoices and ensure they are issued on time.
  • You will collaborate with Controlling to support timely invoicing and monitor invoice status.
  • You will prepare basic quote calculations in Excel and review them for accuracy.
  • You will validate and collect technical inputs required for offers and customer portals.
  • You will help set up work package structures for new projects.
  • You will extract key information from customer tender documents and transfer it into internal templates.
  • You will coordinate document reviews and ensure final approval from relevant stakeholders.
  • You will work closely with Key Account Managers and technical colleagues to support the overall sales process.
  • You will assist in preparing internal reports and maintaining sales documentation.
  • You will ensure data accuracy and adhere to internal compliance standards.

QualificationsQualifications

  • You have successfully completed a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • You have 1–2 years of experience in Sales Support, Sales Operations, Administration, or similar roles (internships also considered)
  • You have solid Excel skills (including basic formulas and data handling)
  • You have a basic understanding of ERP or PLM systems (considered an advantage, not a must)
  • You have high attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • You have the ability to multitask and collaborate with different teams
  • You have strong communication skills and a proactive mindset
  • You have a customer-oriented attitude and a willingness to learn
  • You speak German and English fluently
  • You’re a team player with a service-oriented working style, and as a self-confident person, you always have an eye for the essentials

To ensure continuity, our Master curriculum is updated yearly, and only the top 5 bachelor level students are eligible for Porsche Engineering scholarships. For those with a Ph.D., a scholarship for research and development in the AI field is also available.
