SAP Finance - Senior Consultant / Manager (f/m/d)

• Lead full-cycle implementation projects for SAP FI solutions in SAP S/4HANA environments
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Provide expert guidance on best practices for SAP FI processes and configurations
• Participate in all project phases: design, customizing, testing, training, cutover, go-live, and hypercare
• Configure SAP Finance processes and ensure integration with other modules (MM, SD, PP)
• Coordinate the project team and mentor junior colleagues to ensure successful delivery
• Support pre-sales and sales activities in the Finance area (nice to have)

• 5–8+ years of experience in SAP Finance Consulting, with focus on implementation projects
• Strong exposure to SAP S/4HANA Finance solutions
• Solid expertise in SAP FI configuration and cross-module integration
• Client-facing experience, with excellent presentation skills
• Ability to deliver workshops and customer trainings
• Strong adaptability and flexibility to manage deadlines and changing priorities
• Experience leading local teams (3–8 members); prior coaching/coordination experience is a plus
• Strong ownership mindset with high accountability and reliability
• Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented thinking
• Ability to perform effectively under pressure, especially during critical project phases
• Collaborative team player with mentoring and leadership capabilities
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field is an advantage.

Nice to Have

• Functional support for data migration (mapping & load)
• Experience in both ECC and S/4HANA environments
• SAP FI Localization experience

• Start: by arrangement -  always on the 1st and 15th of the month
• Working hours: full-time (40h); 27 vacation days
• Employment contract: CIM, Unlimited

• Language skills: Fluency in written and spoken English
• Flexibility & willingness to travel
