Salesforce Business Analyst - Senior Consultant (f/m/d)

• Gather, analyse, and document business requirements for Salesforce Automotive Cloud solutions supporting dealer, sales, and customer lifecycle processes
• Translate business needs into clear functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Collaborate with developers, architects, and product owners to design scalable Automotive Cloud solutions
• Analyse and optimise business processes related to vehicle sales, dealer management, and customer engagement
• Support testing activities, including functional testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) coordination
• Contribute to Salesforce configuration activities, including Flows and process automation
• Support data analysis, reporting requirements, and customer and vehicle data management within Salesforce
• Maintain clear documentation of requirements, processes, and implemented solutions

Must-haves

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst in CRM or digital transformation projects
• Strong experience in requirements engineering, including requirements gathering, documentation, and analysis
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration, including objects, fields, validation rules, and basic administration
• Experience building and maintaining Salesforce Flows for business process automation
• Knowledge of Salesforce Automotive Cloud or strong experience with Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud
• Experience translating business requirements into user stories and functional specifications
• Experience working in Agile environments (preferably SAFe)
• Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills
• Experience supporting testing activities, including functional testing and UAT processes
• Good understanding of CRM data models and customer lifecycle management processes

Nice-to-haves

• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Business Analyst, Salesforce Administrator, Sales Cloud or Service Cloud Consultant)
• Experience with Automotive Cloud data models, including vehicle, driver, dealer, and service lifecycle objects
• Familiarity with Salesforce integrations and APIs
• Experience in the automotive industry or within OEM/dealer network environments

• Start: by arrangement -  always on the 1st and 15th of the month
• Working hours: full-time ( 40h); 27 vacation days

• Language skills: Fluency in written and spoken English. German is nice to have
